THE BELT ROUTING LABEL WITH THE "HORIZONTAL REFERENCE LINE" IS INCORRECTLY PLACED ON THE CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEM WHICH FAILS TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 213, CHILD RESTRAINTS SYSTEMS.
