THESE SEATS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 213, "CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS." THE AIR BAG WARNING LABEL WAS OMITTED FROM THE SEAT COVER.
