Interamerican Auto Parts is recalling certain KelvinHID H1, H3, H4, H7, H10, H11, 9005, 9006, and 9007 HID bulbs. The light output may not be correct and may blind oncoming traffic. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
