THESE DOREL JUVENILE GROUP (DJG) CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS, MANUFACTURED FROM MARCH 15 TO AUGUST 1, 2002 WITH 6 PANEL WELLINGTON WEBBING HARNESSES, FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 213, "CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS." THE UV STABILIZER USED IN THE WEBBING MAY NOT ADEQUATELY PROTECT IT FROM DETERIORATION BY ULTRAVIOLET RAYS.
